5,000+ Visitors!!

Sometime this afternoon, the 5,000th visitor viewed the pages here on the VASkeet.org website!!  Thanks to everyone for the continued comments and support about the new site.

As always, if there’s anything I can post here for events at your club, or items for sale, just send me an email or call my cell and let’s chat about it.  Again, many thanks!

Yes, this is me with my mom, getting my Tech Sgt (E6) stripes, in April 1993.  Right after the ceremony, she said “How much more money does this mean for you?” I think I said something like “About two cases of Coronas a month”

Attention Military Veterans!

Pat Knutson asked me to post the following message:

MILITARY VETERANS

The 2014 Virginia state teams will include a Military Veteran Team. 600 eligible targets in each of the four gauges are required to be considered. To be eligible, you must contact NSSA to have them include you in that concurrent category (like MIL or RM do). Proof of Honorable Discharge from your term(s) of service is required - usually a copy of your DD214 or equivalent.

11-15 May 2015, the Richmond Club will host the Armed Services Skeet Championships. This is a "must attend" shoot for all military, retired military, and military veterans, as well as their spouses. No major shoot in the country offers this much in awards at anywhere near the entry fees amount for this shoot. Go to www.afsashoot.com to read about the shoot and pre-register when registration opens on 1 Feb 2015.  Hope to see you there!

Pat
